Package received is very bad condition.

The 0ackage was damaged as the box was open in transit.

The device inside was damaged, the air pump inside was dislodged from it's footing as a result the device cannot be used.

Need replacement immediately

As they said, only one counterpoint is that while I have it at medium power it works very well, but when I turn it to maximum it makes a little noise, not much but it's noticeable. Other than that, I'm very satisfied. The acrylic casing is very nice and you can see the entire pumping system internally. Thank you.
