It has several operating modes, one of which imitates the cycle of a full day, gradually increasing the intensity and ending with blue light as if it were from the moon. The problem is that it lasts for many hours; an option with a shorter cycle would be nice.
Another option is to set the built-in timer for 6, 8, or 10 hours, which will turn on just as you used it the previous time, which is great for doing it automatically without the need for an external programmer.
The drawbacks of this light are that the text on the switch to see the functions is very small and that the suction cups it comes with come off all the time.
