Excellent brush for short hair small pets. works well on my 9 lb dachshund. it's amazing how much hair this lifts off her coat. even more amazing how much sand and other particulate is hiding in her coat!! gross! lol.. nonetheless, this brush gets it all up and out. great for deshedding and winter coat thinning. it definitely cuts down on the excess hairs floating around the house. and, that's by just owning it. imagine if i actually used it!!! haha just kidding. just checking to see if you were still reading!! a no brainer of a purchase
