You can request a return within 14 days after delivery. Standard returns have a €4.00 EUR (approximately $4.66 USD) flat-rate return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. Return shipping is free for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible. Contact us before sending anything back.
Overall, it's correct. Not tested in the wild. The handle is very fragile, so do not pull your animal by it as everything will tear. This is really a point that needs improvement. It's more of a flotation aid, for swimming, and by no means a real, sturdy vest with a solid handle to pull your animal. Otherwise, the size chosen is OK and the dog is not bothered by this flotation aid. Always supervise your animal to ensure it is not in any danger despite the vest.
