Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about your new sweater.
How do I care for the fleece material?
We recommend gentle washing, such as hand-washing or using a delicate cycle in the machine to maintain the softness and integrity of the fleece.
Is this sweater suitable for dogs with sensitive skin?
The fleece is generally very soft, but always perform a small patch test first to ensure it won't irritate your dog's skin.
What is the difference between the sizes?
We recommend consulting our size chart or measuring your dog to ensure you select the appropriate size for the best fit.
Is the sweater machine washable?
While we recommend gentle care, please check the specific care instructions provided with your purchase for detailed washing guidelines.

Size according to the description, because by mistake, size XXL was sent and it is not valid for my dog's size. They are not very thick, but they are warm and pleasant to the touch.
