The backing paper is too filmsy to peel off in one piece but eventually it came off clean. overall it s easy to apply. we ll see how ling until the kitty ripps it off my diy cat tree

I no longer use the sisal rope; this is much cleaner because it doesn't leave any residue and is much easier to install. I reinforce it with staples just in case. With 6 cats at home, it lasts between a year and a year and a half, but I break it down into pieces in case a certain area needs to be replaced sooner (cats always have their favorite spots).

It doesn't seem to be adhesive, so you need to attach it with bond glue.

Good, but over time it gets damaged, it becomes like thick cotton threads and gets caught on my cat's paws, otherwise it forms balls of these hard white hairs. So I have to recommend/buy a new one because in 6 months it's too damaged.

I think these would be good for writing, but the adhesive strength is really poor. It falls off immediately after 5 seconds of sticking it on.
