The quality is good, but the plastic is a bit thinner than I expected.
It was well packaged and delivered without any defects; I found the size to be nice (my dog is small).

Missing water bottle lid
K
It arrived complete but damaged in its box and the water bottle.

Good but disappointed with the delivery, they threw it over the door, and it was raining so everything got wet, they delivered it in bad ways.
